West, Porter Preserve on Barter’s Island, Bonyun on the
Westport peninsula to the SW and LaVerna on the Pemaquid
peninsula to the NE. All have water views as the payoff for

To tour the
Maine/Boothbay Harbor coast and nearby ocean: The
Cabbage Island tours
are great--to see the Boothbay Harbor area by boat and have
double lobster dinners--good to book ahead. The
Burnt Island Lighthouse tour
and
Squirrel Island tour
and
Monhegan Island tours
are fun. Also, we have local lobster boats and
whale watch tours and
deep sea
fishing charters and
puffin cruises which
are good to book ahead.
Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens
is a 'not to miss' for all ages.
